Question 139: To ask the Minister for Transport the number of civil servants in his Department, broken down by gender, who are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and who are free to continue at work after age 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There are eighty two (82) staff in my Department, twenty seven (27) of whom are female, who are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and who are free to continue at work after age 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004.
