Question 117: To ask the Minister for Health and Children her views on the Health Service Executive's plans to centralise to Dublin, health schemes such as the medical card, drugs payment, ophthalmic and immunisation scheme despite the difficulties this will create for service users in the regions who will have to contact Dublin for assistance as well as the possible loss of jobs to those working with the HSE in the regions; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
