Question 113: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if the administrative function, that is, assessment and processing of applications for a medical card for the over 70 year olds will continue to remain with the Health Service Executive south or if there are plans to transfer this function to another geographical area; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
