Question 163: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if she is satisfied that management at Kerry General Hospital acute ward is in compliance with Labour Court 19152 and RIC 081 regarding consultation with staff, that it provide unions with adequate opportunity to present proposals and to consider those proposals with a view to reaching agreement; and if she will instruct management there to comply prior to completion of negotiations.
