Question 136: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she is satisfied that all insurance products on sale here qualify under the trade descriptions legislation; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7529/09]

The sale of insurance products is essentially regulated by the Financial Regulator under the Central Bank Acts and as such I have no direct function in the matter.
