Question 117: To ask the Taoiseach if, in relation to departmental staff and bodies under the remit of his Department, he will provide details of those remuneration arrangements which are currently in excess of a benchmarking recommendation or a recommendation from the Review Body on Higher Remuneration or which are subject to a personal rate; the position and grade the person is currently holding in each case; and the rationale for making a higher payment than that recommended in each case. There are no Departmental remuneration arrangements within my Department which are currently in excess of a benchmarking recommendation or a recommendation from the Review Body on Higher Remuneration. This also pertains to the bodies under the aegis of my Department.
