Question 226: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the waiting time for pre-assessment tests for hip replacement patients in Cappagh Hospital, Dublin, is seven to nine months; the plans she has to reduce this waiting time in view of the fact that a large percentage of the people on this waiting list are old age pensioners; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
