Question 210: To ask the Minister for Health and Children when legislation will be put in place for labelling on bottles, that is, warning about alcohol and pregnancy, in view of the fact that alcohol is not only a toxin, it is a teratogen, a carcinogen and a mutagen; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
