Question 235: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding the sewerage scheme in respect of Bruff, County Limerick; if his Department received a submission from Limerick County Council's preliminary report of the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Question 242: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding the provision of an upgraded sewerage scheme at Dromcollogher, County Limerick; and if Limerick County Council has submitted its preliminary report to the scheme. [5246/09]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 235 and 242 together.
The combined Dromcollogher, Hospital, Pallasgreen and Bruff Sewerage Scheme is included for funding in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2007-2009.
Further consideration is being given to Limerick County Council's Preliminary Report for the scheme following receipt of additional information from the Council in December 2008.
