Question 337: To ask the Minister for Transport the position of his Department in relation to the transfer of 2,000 employees in 1990 from Aer Lingus to TEAM Aer Lingus resulting in a breach of an ICTU agreement and which was held by the Supreme Court in 2005 to be in breach of an irrevocable guarantee of employment for those employees; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
