Question 321: To ask the Minister for Health and Children her views on whether it is justified for the Health Service Executive to expend €33,000 on artwork for a disability centre (details supplied) in County Westmeath at a time when funding to disability service providers is being cut, rather than seek private funding or the project deferred for a few years; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
