Question 456: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that in her reply dated 18 November 2008 to this Deputy's parliamentary question she confirmed that the issue as raised has been referred to the Health Service Executive which would reply directly to this Deputy but that to date no reply has been received from the HSE on an important and urgent matter.
