Question 355: To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of computer servers that are owned or leased by his Department and each State agency under the aegis of his Department; and the amount of capacity on each server. [46712/08]

My Department has 257 computer servers across offices in Ireland and its 75 Missions around the world. Each of these servers is owned by the Department.
Server capacity falls into the following ranges:
(a) Up to 100 gigabytes — 29 servers
(b) Between 300 and 400 gigabytes — 226 servers
(c) Above 400 gigabytes — 2 servers.
There are no State agencies under the aegis of my Department.
