The management of the school in question wrote to my Department on 20th November 2008 in relation to the replacement of prefabs and sewage/yard works. The school was requested by letter on 1st December to complete and return the appropriate application forms which were supplied to the school. On receipt, the applications will be considered and a response issued to the school management as soon as possible.
