Question 192: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath did not receive part of superannuation payments in respect of additional hours work as a psychiatric nurse, which were not accounted for in calculations for both their pension and lump sum; when their pension will be altered as appropriate to rectify this omission; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Health Service Executive administers the pension scheme in question and therefore is the appropriate organisation to address the Deputy's query. My Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have the matter investigated and to have a reply issued to the Deputy.
