Question 235: To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will allow people who have the legal documents stamped in preparation for the early retirement scheme to proceed with their applications in view of the fact that they had a reasonable expectation of being able to apply for this scheme and have completed 95% of the process; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
