Question 348: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will report fully on recent reports that approximately 32,000 motorists who were initially charged with drink-driving over the past five years were subsequently not processed through the courts system; the reason the level of conviction is so low; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
