Question 244: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on whether an absence of an obligation to update the records of transgendered people is in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998, which states that the data shall be accurate, and, when necessary, kept up to date; and, if so, his plans to address the situation.
