I propose to take Questions Nos. 329 to 331, inclusive, together.

My Department, in managing its capital budget must ensure that funding is targeted at schools most in need. That is why my Department introduced prioritisation criteria for large scale building projects, which were formulated following consultation with the Education Partners in 2004. As part of the assessment of all applications for capital funding by the Planning and Building Unit of my Department, each project is assigned a band rating under the published prioritisation criteria for large scale building projects as set out below . Projects are then selected for inclusion in the School Building and Modernisation Programme on the basis of priority of need which is reflected in the band rating assigned to a project. The information on the band ratings of projects in the school building and modernisation programme as requested by the Deputy is contained in the following tables:

Numbers of major capital projects in architectural planning by band rating.
