The person concerned has submitted a preliminary application (IAS 1) under the Installation Aid Scheme. However, my Department has no record of receiving an application for payment (IAS 2) in this case.

Having reviewed all the circumstances of this case, it has been decided that the application of the person named will be accepted as having being submitted before the deadline for receipt of applications under the 2008 Single Payment Scheme. The application will now be processed with a view to payment at an early date, subject to normal scheme validations.
