Question 229: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs if there are EU measures in her Department which require to be transposed into Irish primary or secondary legislation; if so if she will detail those measures; when they were drafted by the EU Commission; when she will transpose them; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I propose to take Questions Nos. 228 and 229 together.

No EU Directives have been transposed into Irish legislation by the Department of Social and Family Affairs within the past 12 months. In addition, there are no outstanding EU directives within the competency of the Department that have not been transposed into law.
