Question 66: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the proposed changes to the role, structure or organisation of the Human Rights Commission; if he is satisfied that such changes would be consistent with the obligations entered into by the Government under the Good Friday Agreement that the Human Rights Commission here would have a mandate and remit equivalent to that in Northern Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Any potential changes made would be consistent with the State's obligations under the Good Friday Agreement.
