Question 167: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made regarding an application for family reunification by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of a previous reply which indicated that such applications take up to 24 months and it is now 27 months since the application was made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that a decision on the Family Reunification application has recently issued to the person concerned.
