My Department has issued an Information and Communications Technology Acceptable Usage Policy to all staff of the Department and its associated agencies. The Policy has been placed on my Department's Intranet where it can be viewed by all staff. I can also inform the Deputy that all new laptops issued by my Department are encrypted and that all older laptops were recalled for encryption at the beginning of the summer.
