Question 160: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 22 has been issued with a restraining order and had their travel documents seized in view of the fact they have refugee status; the reason they are being requested to travel to Dundalk to register with immigration in view of the fact that they live in Clondalkin, Dublin; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
