My Department executed the contracts of sale on 1 July 2008. The contracts and moneys were transferred to the Chief State Solicitor's Office (CSSO) on 25 July 2008 for closing procedures. I understand that the CSSO is in correspondence with the vendor's solicitor with a view to closing shortly.
