I refer the Deputy to the Reply to Parliamentary Question no. 239 of Thursday 3 April 2008. The current situation is that the person concerned presented as required on 29 April 2008 and was given further presentation dates which he kept. He is due to present again shortly. In addition, representations were received in my Department seeking revocation of the Deportation Order made in respect of the person concerned. These representations are currently under consideration by my officials and will be presented to me for decision in due course.
