My Department has not awarded any contracts to the company referred to by the Deputy. My Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Health Service Executive to reply directly to the Deputy in respect of information relevant to the Executive. The other agencies under the aegis of my Department have not awarded any contracts to the company in question.
