The Minister meets his colleague, the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, continually in carrying out the normal business of Government. In examining policy and expenditure for the Arts, Sport and Tourism programme, the Horse and Greyhound Fund would have been raised, along with other issues, during these discussions. Any such meetings in previous years would have arisen in the context of the Budget in the various years concerned.
