Decentralisation Programme

The Decentralisation Implementation Group has recently provided Government with a report on the current status of the decentralisation programme. Policy in regard to the programme will be clarified when Government has completed its examination of this report and other information currently being compiled. I will be in a better position at that stage to advise in relation to the Roscommon project.

The Preferred Tenderer submitted an application for planning permission to Roscommon County Council on 11 July 2008.
