Question 145: To ask the Minister for Finance if his Department is concerned or if other Departments have raised concerns with him regarding the future viability of public private partnership projects in view of the recent collapse of the PPP between Dublin City Council and a developer (details supplied). Apart from the one case referred to in the media, no similar concerns have been raised with me. The Government remains committed to the use of PPPs in appropriate circumstances as an option in delivering certain public investment projects.
