Question 424: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the reason a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who accepted an offer from his Department in respect of the purchase of raised bog on 19 September 2006, has to date not received any moneys in respect of the said transaction; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that all the necessary documentation to enable the said contracts to be finalised is on his Department's side; if he will take steps to have same expedited and the appropriate cheques furnished without further delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
