Question 241: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he personally pays the toll charges incurred on his travels; if not, the cost to the taxpayer of such tolls for each of the past three years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20277/08]

Ministerial cars are driven by members of the Garda Síochána and are exempt from tolls in accordance with Section 62 of the Roads Act 1993. Accordingly, no cost arises to the Exchequer.
