Question 105: To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he personally pays the toll charges incurred on his travels; if not, the cost to the taxpayer of such tolls for each of the past three years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20275/08]

The official car assigned for my use is driven by members of an Garda Síochána. I have been advised that such vehicles are exempt from tolls under section 62 of the Roads Act 1993. Accordingly, there is no cost to the Exchequer.
