Question 254: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if it is permissible for a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who is resident here on foot of a work permit and stamp one status to travel to Spain for one week and return to Ireland without interfering with their status; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
