Question 283: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if, with regard to the recent report in relation to the impact of climate change, there was a question asked to ascertain the view of those people polled in relation to an eight cent carbon tax on petrol and if not this amount, any other amount; if such questions were asked, the details of the percentage of people in favour and the percentages who do not know; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
