Question 143: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will quantify breath tests carried out on drivers involved in collisions attended by Gardaí in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007; the number of breath tests carried out in injury collisions; the number of positive or failed breath tests; the number of breath tests in damage only collisions; the number of positive, refused or failed breath tests in damage only collisions; the figures for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 on blood-urine alcohol tests carried out on drivers involved in collisions, either at the station or in hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
