Question 120: To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Longford has not received their forestry grant twelve months after application; if the person should be financially penalised for the staffing problems of her Department if this delay is due to the unavailability of an inspector; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
