Where there is an Irish Embassy, Consulate, Honorary Consul or Visa Office in the applicant's country of permanent residence s\he must apply there. A departure from this procedure would only be considered in exceptional circumstances. In this instance the person concerned should make an application to the Honorary Consul in Casablanca.
