Question 414: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person resident in a foreign country (details supplied) can make an application for a holiday visa to come to here in Ireland or if the application has to be made in their home country; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Where there is an Irish Embassy, Consulate, Honorary Consul or Visa Office in the applicant's country of permanent residence s\he must apply there. A departure from this procedure would only be considered in exceptional circumstances. In this instance the person concerned should make an application to the Honorary Consul in Casablanca.
