Officials in the Citizenship Section of my Department have reviewed the file of the person in question and advise me that an error was made in calculating her total reckonable residency. My officials will write to the person concerned in the coming week to explain the occurrence. The person's file will be submitted to me for decision in the near future. I will advise the Deputy and the person in question when I have reached a decision on the application.
