Question 201: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if there are any prisoners convicted of paramilitary offences still in custody whose conviction fell clearly within the timeframe of the Good Friday Agreement as agreed at the time of its signing and not referring to the Adare prisoners; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is my understanding that there are no persons remaining in custody who have been deemed as qualifying prisoners under Section 3(2) of the Criminal Justice (Release of Prisoners) Act, 1998.
