Question 273: To ask the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism if his attention has been drawn to the identity of each statutory instrument, falling within his Department's remit, which has statutory effect under the European Communities Act 1972 or other legislation specifically relating to same; if he will provide a list of such statutory instruments having statutory effect; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
