Question 191: To ask the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to the Equality Tribunal's recent ruling finding the decision of the taxi hardship scheme to refuse a driver compensation based on their age discriminatory; the steps he will take to pay those who were refused payment under the scheme on the same grounds; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
