Four staff members in my Department received training in stress management in the workplace in the period between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, twelve members of staff attended a Life Balance Workshop in 2005, which covered the topic of stress management. While no specific stress reduction programmes have been put in place to date, my Department offers a range of flexible working arrangements that assist employees to combine employment with other responsibilities and choices in their lives.
