The reconvened Working Group on the tenant purchase of apartments has met on two occasions — 14 June 2007 and 10 January 2008 — and is expected to meet again in the near future. The Group was not mandated to prepare a report because its function is to provide a forum for discussing and analysing proposals relating to the sale of apartments for inclusion in the forthcoming Social Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill.
