Costs of the type referred to by the Deputy are generally only incurred by my Department in the context of major building projects, which are in the main managed and overseen by the Office of Public Works. The only identifiable costs in the period in question were incurred in County Dublin in 2007 by the Irish Prison Service in the amount of €228,338. Any costs incurred by the Courts Service under this heading are not readily available as they are integrated into other building costs under the management of the Office of Public Works.
