Question 101: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of inquiries in respect of any tribunal of inquiry, commission of inquiry or investigation for which he has responsibility, in respect of which a final report has not been published; the date of the establishment; the date on which a report was submitted to his Department; the date on which such a report has been published or is expected to be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to refer the Deputy to my response to Parliamentary Question, Reference 8965/08 of today, which sets out the Tribunals of Inquiry, Commissions of Investigation or other Statutory Inquiries under my Department's aegis. The position insofar as such examinations where a final report has not yet been published is as follows.
