Question 68: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if his attention has been drawn to any situations in the past where companies based in the North and South of Ireland discriminate against their southern work force. [8251/08]

I am not aware of any such situations as outlined in the Deputy's question. However, more generally, matters relating to discrimination come within the remit of my colleague Mr. Brian Lenihan, TD, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
