Question 99: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 255 of 30 January 2008, if his Department will treat an application for acquisition, restoration or development as a national park (details supplied); if his attention has been drawn to the widespread support for such a proposal; if he will offer financial support in the event of such a development; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I draw the Deputy's attention to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 255 of 30 January 2008 i.e. the office of Public Works is responsible for the built heritage in direct state ownership. Donadea Castle and its environs do not fall into this category.
