Question 275: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if, in the past three years, his Department has imposed a financial penalty on any ferry operations, sailing between the mainland and the islands, for breach of their contracts; if so, the details of the breach; the amount of the fines in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
